STEP 1: AUTHORIZE AVANZURE TIKTOK AGENCY PARTNER
To begin managing your TikTok Shop, we need to be authorized as your official service provider.
Action Required:
- Click the authorization link sent separately in Slack to authorize Avanzure for 1 Year.
- Complete the short form and confirm submission
Note: TikTok allows you to revoke access at any time if needed. The 1-year authorization simply minimizes disruption to our workflows.
STEP 2: GRANT ADMIN ACCESS TO YOUR TIKTOK SHOP SELLER ACCOUNT
Action Required:
- Log into your TikTok Shop Seller Center
- Navigate to: Settings → User Management → Add User
- Invite the following as an Admin:
- Email: avanzuretiktokshopc@gmail.com
- Role: Administrator
- Permissions: Full access
Why we need this: Admin access allows us to manage your shop settings, product listings, orders, and performance analytics.
STEP 3: PROVIDE SHOPIFY ACCESS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you'd like us to sync products from your Shopify store to TikTok Shop, we'll need access to your Shopify account.
Action Required:
- Log into your Shopify Admin
- Navigate to: Settings → Users and Permissions → Add Staff
- Invite the following email with Products and Order permissions
- Email: avanzuretiktokshopc@gmail.com
- Permissions: Products, Orders
STEP 4: GRANT ACCESS TO TIKTOK ADS ACCOUNT We'll need access to Your TIKTOK Ads Manager to run and optimize Ad Campaigns.
Action Required:
- Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager
- Navigate to: Assets → Business Center → User Management
- Invite the following as an Admin:
- Email: avanzuretiktokshopc@gmail.com
- Role: Administrator
STEP 5: PROVIDE FULFILLED BY TIKTOK (FBT) ACCESS if you're using Fulfillment, we'll need access to manage inventory and shipments.
Action Required:
- Follow TikTok's official instructions to grant FBT access
- Invite the following email as an authorised user:

- Week 1: Complete shop setup, optimize product listings, and finalize the game plan
